Orders and Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates based on stock and courier availability near you, not a guarantee. Prices and availability of products may change without notice; if an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we'll contact you before substituting or refunding it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments

Orders are charged at checkout using your selected payment method. Discounts and promotional pricing apply only to eligible items and may be limited per customer or per order.

We accept cash on delivery, eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, and major credit/debit cards. All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

Returns and Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Fresh produce and perishables are covered by the same policy — we want every order to be right.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Account Use

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. SaathiMart may suspend accounts used for fraudulent orders or abuse of promotional offers.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes. We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel your order and notify you.

Limitation of Liability

SaathiMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SaathiMart after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or app notification.
